You should definitely check out the dark!Tony fic recs,
since most of those would probably cover your ask, but here are some
dub-con with bottom!Steve recs that you might enjoy!  I’d love some more
recs for these, since I obviously kind of enjoy the trope…?  Sadly,
most of this type of thing is bottom!Tony, when dear bottom!Steve needs
to dubiously consent sometimes, too!
